We are delighted to welcome Dr Jacqueline Dobes, who will be presenting on CBCT and its uses in Oral Surgery. We are looking forward to hearing from Jacqueline as she shares her wealth of knowledge and experiences on this topic.



ABOUT JACQUELINE

 

Jacqueline obtained her medical degree from the Australian National University, and developed an interest in oral and maxillofacial surgery during her time as a junior doctor. She pursued this career, and returned to university to complete her dental degree at the University of Sydney. Jacqueline obtained her Master of Philosophy in Surgery through research at the ANU, and received her surgical specialty training in Canberra, Newcastle and Sydney. During her training, she served as the trainee representative in the ACT/NSW regional surgical committee, as well the committee for Continuing Professional Development.

Jacqueline is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at The Canberra Hospital, and divides her time between public and private practice. She enjoys teaching medical and dental students as well as junior doctors. Aside from her surgical specialty, she devotes her time to her active young family.
