Dento-alveolar Trauma is by far one of the true emergencies that a general practitioner encounters numerous times in their careers. The Management of patients, parents, staff and keeping your emotions in control is the key to good treatment planning and ensuring the best treatment outcomes.

Staff can be of great help when triaging trauma patients which ensures reduced stress on auxiliary staff and dentist. By providing appropriate advise and getting the right information on the phone allows for a coordinated and planned approach to management of these emergencies.
