About Dr Kim

Dr Samuel Kim is an Australian trained specialist Maxillofacial surgeon with both medical and dental degrees from New South Wales and Queensland. He also has a Masters in Medicine degree in medical research.

Dr Kim holds multiple hospital appointments including Prince of Wales Public Hospital, Sydney Children’s Hospital, The Canberra Private Hospital and John Hunter Hospital. 

Dr Kim specialises in all aspects of Temporomandibular Joint Disorders and is one of the few Maxillofacial surgeons in Australia to regularly perform TMJ surgeries, from arthroscopes to joint replacements.

After obtaining his specialist qualification, Dr Kim has spent a further 12 months studying TMJ surgery completing a fellowship at the St. Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne. He is currently the only medically and dentally trained maxillofacial surgeon in NSW with a fellowship in TMJ surgery.
